Exchange & Returns Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If not, here’s how to exchange or return within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Initiate Request

    • Email our support team or call customer service.

    • Provide your order number, phone number, and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Product Condition

    • Item must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

    • For damaged, incorrect, or mis-sized/color items, include clear photos within 2 days of receipt.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Weardey covers shipping if the product is faulty or wrong.

    • For all other returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

  4. Post-Use Issues

    • If a defect appears after use, send a detailed written description and photos as soon as you notice the problem.

  5. Quality Inspection

    • Some items require a quality check: we’ll inspect within 48 hours of receipt and notify you of next steps.

  6. Promotional Items

    • Exchanges/returns on promotional products must meet offer terms; otherwise, the promotion will be voided.

  7. Turnaround Times

    • Exchanges ship within 2–5 business days.

    • All requests are processed within 48 working hours.

Refund Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via Vodafone Cash or other e-wallet.

  • Credit/Debit Card: refunded back to your original bank account.
