Exchange & Returns Policy

Item must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

For damaged, incorrect, or mis-sized/color items, include clear photos within 2 days of receipt.

Shipping Costs

Weardey covers shipping if the product is faulty or wrong.

For all other returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Post-Use Issues

If a defect appears after use, send a detailed written description and photos as soon as you notice the problem.

Some items require a quality check: we’ll inspect within 48 hours of receipt and notify you of next steps.

Exchanges/returns on promotional products must meet offer terms; otherwise, the promotion will be voided.

Refund Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via Vodafone Cash or other e-wallet.
